Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be queued for the following business day. Once your order has been successfully processed, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Please note that as an online-only operation utilizing automated fulfillment, we do not offer a physical storefront for browsing or order collections. All items are dispatched directly from our distribution network to your specified address.
Delivery Estimates and Coverage
We provide nationwide shipping across South Africa. Estimated delivery timeframes are as follows:
Main Centers (Durban, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Pretoria): 3 to 5 business days. Regional and Outlying Areas: 5 to 7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates based on our logistics partners and may vary during peak periods, such as month-end or national holidays. While we work to ensure high-velocity delivery, external factors affecting the courier network may occasionally cause minor delays.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and your delivery location. We utilize a tiered flat-rate system to ensure transparency and prevent hidden costs at the final stage of purchase.
Order Tracking
Transparency is a core part of our sales engine. As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partners, an automated shipping notification containing a unique tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this number on the courier’s portal to monitor the real-time movement of your package.
Address Accuracy and The Last Mile
The success of your delivery depends on the accuracy of the information provided. Ensure that your street address, building name, unit number, and contact digits are correct. Our couriers deliver during standard business hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday).
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or the absence of a recipient after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to the distribution hub. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.
International Shipping
At this stage, Global Premium Supply focuses exclusively on the South African market to maintain our standards of speed and reliability. We do not currently offer shipping outside of South Africa.
Cancellations and Modifications
Due to our automated fulfillment system, once an order is processed and sent to the distribution network, we are unable to modify or cancel the shipment. Please double-check your cart and shipping details before finalizing your payment.
