Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 business days to main centres and 5–7 business days to regional areas across South Africa.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we primarily serve South Africa. Please contact us for international shipping enquiries.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your delivery through our courier partner's website.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

What if my item arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
